RoS fantasy football 2012 - NEW DRAFT TIME!

Postby Git » Fri Jul 06, 2012 11:58 pm

Hi,

DRAFT TIME - 6:45 PM CST TUESDAY. HOLLA. Sorry, we had to change it because BA fucked everything up. Everything.

The league registration is closed, we have 12 people. I invited some others, but I just took the first 12 who signed up within a month of me inviting them. Someone else joined named LOLGIT with a fake e-mail address so I assumed troll and kicked them, and closed registration. We have eleven of 12 players as RoS members, so fuck yeah @ that. For those of you who didn't join, you are gay and missing out on a fun way to talk shit and give Git money.

Draft order has been set, people still need to pay. Here is what I e-mailed everyone in case you missed it...

1. Raging Dingos
2. Candie
3. BRouge Racco...
4. CollegeFootb...
5. This Year's ...
6. Huge Ditka
7. Gotham Rogues
8. Chatham Fros...
9. Honey Badgers
10. HiTMe
11. MeatspinFin
12. Buzz's Girlf...

I had to re-randomize it because I fucked up the first time and put jake on there twice. lol. fuck.

Fuck it, there has to be a ranking system on some website somewhere that I can take my picks from. But yeah, someone can have my money.

Yahoo's rankings are generally pretty good, if you just look at them during the draft. I don't agree with all of them but for the most part they provide a solid foundation

IGH -- I use a variety of sites and try to average out who multiple people think, and then go off my personal preference. I will never draft ryan mathews, because he fucked me in the ass. Idk if he's a steal at my pick, I aint draftin the motherfucker. Fuck that guy.

BA -- I don't know. Why do I need to be commish? Can't you just add me as an admin or something?

Why does yahoo have such a giant boner for Arian Foster the injury machine?

tbh most fantasy "experts" are all over Foster this year too. A lot of it has to do with his opportunity/team's philosophy. I was shocked to see Y! list Andre as its 7th-best WR this offseason, but it goes with their projection that Houston is shifting towards a run-heavy offense. I guess that makes sense. I mean, even "injury-prone" Foster, who missed what 2 games at the start of 2011?, he still finished strong and put in a good season. I wouldn't take him over Ray Rice myself, but that's just my personal pref.

BA - it looks like there's a co-commissioner option.

Max, I was going to make you commish because I'm sup busy and keep forgetting to invite people to the league. You, on the other hand seem to be a machine at getting people to join.

Edit: Your info is hidden, and therefore, I can't make you co-commish. If people want to join, they need to send their e-mail addresses to me in a private message. If you don't, I'm not going to look it up or remember it.
