College Football Can Be A Community Game Too...

Postby Ingoodhands » Fri Aug 30, 2013 2:15 pm

Just want to try this out this year. Everyone starts off the season with $1500 play money. Go to the link below to looks up spreads and pick anything on SATURDAY ONLY for any amount you have in your account. (I know I have to put this rule in before one of you douche bags thinks it would be hilarious to be indebted to your fake bookie for fake money.)

http://sports.bovada.lv/sports-betting/ ... -lines.jsp

Rules:
-You go broke, you're done for the season.
-Minimum bet is $50 per game unless you manage to have under $50 in your account, in which case you enter last chance mode, in which you must empty your account on a single game.
-Bets must be in increments of a dime (to avoid cents) unless in last chance.
-Entries must be posted by 8:00 A.M. PST that Saturday morning. (You have less than 17 hours before opening Saturday.)
-Saturday Games only because I want to sort through this shit on Sunday.
-Parleys may become possible later in the season, if they do I'll give odds.
-You pay house 100%, house pays you 90%. (You lose 50 or win 45, l 250 or w 225, etc.)

Winner Receives:
I don't know yet

Winning Conditions:
-Winner will be whoever has the most money in their account at end of season.
-Winner must have participated at least 5 weeks of regular season play (conference championships and bowl games are safety nets in case of tie.)
-Winner must have made at least 12 bets during the regular season.

Dat's all for now. This way you can find out if you'd be any good as a line gambler without keeping track yourself.

Put $100 on each of these. I'll take the spread.
Clemson over Georgia
Florida State over Pitt
Louisville over Ohio
UCLA over Nevada
LSU over TCU
Nebraska over Wyoming
Alabama over Virginia Tech

Put $800 on Texas A&M over Rice.
